2.3 CNIC Verification. As part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, win27 requires all account holders to submit a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identity document. Age is verified against this document. Accounts that cannot be verified as 21+ will be suspended immediately.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an account on win27: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of win27 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform; (d) persons who have been barred from online gaming by any applicable authority.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the win27 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name, is strictly prohibited. win27 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds held within them pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. 3.3 KYC Documentation. win27 may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle: (a) a copy of your CNIC (front and back); (b) proof of your current address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent not older than three months); (c) proof of your payment method (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa wallet, bank statement, or equivalent); (d) any additional documentation that win27 reasonably requires to comply with its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
3.4 Verification Timeline. win27 aims to complete standard KYC verification within two to five business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. win27 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that results from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify win27 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. win27 will investigate such reports and take appropriate security measures. win27 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. win27 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account. Where win27 detects unusual login activity, it may temporarily require additional verification before granting access.
4.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. win27 reserves the right to suspend an account where it detects activity inconsistent with the account holder's normal usage pattern.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. win27 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, QR Pay, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win27 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.
5.2 Own Account Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and has been verified as part of your KYC process. win27 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. win27 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5.5 Fees. win27 does not currently charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which win27 accepts no liability.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to win27's acceptance. win27 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after the event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered); (b) the odds were clearly displayed in error; (c) win27 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant betting interface. win27 may apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
7.3 Errors and Void Bets. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, markets, or event details, win27 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. win27 is not liable for losses arising from player reliance on erroneous information.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting is subject to additional rules, including the possibility that bets may not be accepted during periods of market suspension. All in-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing match state at the time of acceptance, which may differ from the state displayed on the player's screen due to network latency.
7.5 Cricket Betting. 8.1 Game Availability. The availability of casino games on the win27 Platform may vary from time to time. win27 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games without prior notice. Game unavailability does not entitle players to any compensation.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All casino games use certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") systems supplied by win27's licensed game providers. 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from win27.
10.3 The win27 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of win27. You may not use these marks without win27's prior written permission.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 win27's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your win27 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 win27 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. win27 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
12.1 win27 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to win27's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 win27 will not sell your personal data to third parties. win27 may share your data with its licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required to do so by law or by the terms of its operating licence.
12.3 win27 retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
13.1 win27 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all account holders at no cost: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); (d) temporary account suspension; (e) permanent self-exclusion.

14.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your win27 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your verified payment method within ten business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no pending investigations are active.
14.2 Suspension by win27. win27 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) win27 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) win27 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) win27 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; (d) your account has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months.
14.3 Termination by win27. win27 reserves the right to terminate your account permanently where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation. In such cases, win27 may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve consecutive months are classified as dormant. win27 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. Current dormancy fee terms are available in the cashier section of the Platform.
15.1 win27 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, win27 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win27 holds its international online gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. 16.3 Time Limit for Claims. Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be submitted within six months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
